1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Loan Eligibility

To qualify for a TNBF(Tamil Nadu Business Finance) business loan, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Monthly Transactions: ₹15 Lakhs or more in business bank account
• Active Business: Valid GST registration and business license
• Current Account: Active business current account for minimum 6 months
• Business Owner: Must be a business owner (not salaried employee)
• Geographic Location: Business operating in Tamil Nadu or Bangalore
• Age: Applicant must be 21 years or older

3. Loan Terms

Amount & Tenure

• Loan Amount: ₹5 Lakhs to ₹10 Crores (up to 150% of monthly transactions)
• Loan Tenure: 4 to 15 months
• Interest Rate: Starting from 1.5% per month (subject to credit assessment)
• Processing Fee: As applicable, disclosed upfront

Repayment

• Repayment through post-dated cheques (PDCs)
• Monthly installment schedule shared during agreement
• No prepayment penalties
• Late payment charges as per agreement

4. Application Process

The loan application process involves:

1. Submission of online application with required documents
2. Verification of documents and business transactions (24-48 hours)
3. Credit assessment and eligibility evaluation
4. Loan approval or rejection notification
5. Agreement signing and PDC submission
6. Fund disbursement to business account

5. Documentation Requirements

Applicants must provide:

• Aadhar Card and PAN Card
• GST Registration Certificate
• Business registration proof
• Bank statements (last 6 months)
• Business address proof
• Post-dated cheques as per repayment schedule

6. User Obligations

As a user of TNBF(Tamil Nadu Business Finance) services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain sufficient funds for cheque clearance
• Notify TNBF(Tamil Nadu Business Finance) of any changes to contact or business information
• Use loan funds for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misrepresent your business or financial status

7. Cheque Bounce & Default

• Cheque bounce charges as per agreement
• Legal action under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act
• Credit score impact (negative reporting to credit bureaus)
• Recovery proceedings initiated
• Additional interest and penalty charges

8. Limitation of Liability

TNBF(Tamil Nadu Business Finance) shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business losses or lost profits
• Delays in processing due to incomplete documentation
• Third-party service provider failures
• Force majeure events beyond our control

9. Intellectual Property

10. Modifications to Terms
